Shipping Time
Once you place your order, it can take up to 7 business days to process, not counting ship time. This is a one person business and I can only ship so many orders so fast. If you need an item faster, please make a note in the message section of your order and I will do my best to send it out sooner.
Your credit card is not charged until I actually ship. Your PayPal account is only authorized, not processed so you are welcome to cancel your order at anytime without a problem if you think I am taking too long.
Bulk Soap purchases may take up to one week prior to shipping. I try to estimate the weight of your package to calculate the shipping rates at the time you purchase. MoSoap does not charge a handling fee. Read more about our shipping by clicking here.
Shipping Carriers
Your package will be shipping by USPS Priority Mail. In most every case, it is the least expensive option over UPS or parcel post. The delivery confirmation is free of charge with Priorty Mail. If you fact in delivery confirmation on parcel post, the price is higher than flat rate. The US Postal Service gives us free boxes and a 10% discount because we ship on-line. This saving is passed on to you. We never charge a handling fee, you just pay what it actually costs to ship. If you require shipping by UPS please put a message in the comment box at check out and I will adjust the shipping to UPS rates which will be higher than the web quote.
All Missouri residents must pay Missouri sales tax at 6.475%.
You can also select the BEST RATE shipping option and we will compare the rates for you and if they are lower than what is quoted at the time of check out, we will ship your order that way (either USP OR USPS) and adjust the charge to your credit card accordingly.
UPS does not ship on Saturdays, so if you order on Friday, your order may not go out until Tuesday.
International orders
Please feel free to order on-line. We use USPS Global Priority Mail to ship all packages. By using the USPS mailer we can ship soap bars only at the following prices: 1 -5 bars for $13.00, 6 -10 bar for $26.00, 11 - 50 bars for $43.00.
When you order on-line, select the Outside the USA shipping option. The shipping may show higher than the prices above. The reason for this is that other items on our site like gift baskets do not fit in the special flat rate boxes. Our system can not tell the difference in products to give an accurate price for bars only. We do not charge your credit card until shipping. Prior to billing your card, we adjust your price to reflect the actual cost. We do not add handling fees.
Due to certain agricultural restrictions, we are unable to ship certain orders to Korea, China or Nigeria. We will contact you regarding non-shippable items and deduct them from your total if required.
