Shipping Time Once you place your order, it can take up to 4 business days to process, not counting ship time. If you need an item faster, please make a note in the message section of your order and I will do my best to send it out sooner.

Having Shopping Cart Problems? Is the shopping cart only accepting ONE item to the shopping cart at a time and if you try to add more, the first item vanishes? You have "cookies disabled". In order to shop on the Yahoo! Network, you need to have cookies enabled for Yahoo!Stores. Add store.yahoo.com to your list of acceptable cookies, and the cart will work correctly.



Coupon Problems?

Enter in only letters and numbers without spaces. Only use the @ symbol if you are entering a gift certificate. There are no asteriks or quotes used either. Still having a problem? Just type in the coupon code in the message box and we will adjust the final charge to your credit card.

Shipping Information

We try to ship all orders within 1-6 business days of your order. Bulk Soap purchases may take up to one week prior to shipping. We try to estimate the weight of your package to calculate the shipping rates at the time you purchase. MoSoap does not charge a handling fee. Read more about our shipping by clicking here.

You can select from either the US Postal Service or UPS for your shipping. At checkout, you will be able to see the rates for each service and choose your preference prior to completing your order.

You can also select the BEST RATE shipping option and we will compare the rates for you and if they are lower than what is quoted at the time of check out, we will ship your order that way (either USP OR USPS) and adjust the charge to your credit card accordingly.

UPS does not ship on Saturdays, so if you order on Friday, your order may not go out until Tuesday.

All Missouri residents must pay Missouri sales tax at 6.475%.

International orders Please feel free to order on-line. Your credit card will not be charged until we verify shipping prices with you. We use USPS Global Priority for most orders to save you money. Again, please order on-line and will send you an email with the shipping charges. You can then decide if you wish for us to process the order. Due to certain agricultural restrictions, we are unable to ship certain orders to Korea, China or Nigeria. We will contact you regarding non-shippable items and deduct them from your total if required.



Payment

We accept the Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa or American Express on-line for your convenience, along with personal checks and money orders.

PayPal payments are accepted, please use the "PayPal" option.

If you would prefer to call-in or fax your order to us at 1.636.528.7789 . Our shop is closed on Mondays. We do our best to keep normal business hours, but due to our harvesting and manufacturing, we cannot always answer the phone. If you leave a message, we will be happy to return your call.

"Mail in Check" or Mail In Orders


If you would like to shop on-line and then mail in your payment, please select the "Mail in Check" option at checkout. Please be aware we will NOT ship until we receive your payment.

If you prefer not to shop on-line, just mail us a list of the items, shipping and payment. For credit card orders, please include your name, billing address, shipping address, card number and expiration date.

Return Policies

We stand behind every item that we make at MoSoap. If you are displeased with any item that you purchase through our on-line catalog, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee of the purchase price. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not, we will replace the item, offer a store credit or issue a refund for the purchase price - we decide on return style. We do not refund shipping charges, either for the original order or to have the product returned to us. Please contact us for the all returns prior to mailing.
